I recognise that some recent Derby graduates, for personal reasons, do not feel able to apply for graduate schemes that would require them to relocate to another part of the UK.
This is understandable, not everyone can be that flexible or geographically mobile. This might also explain why some students have left it so late to begin applying for graduate jobs.
